Tips for a Ganpati invitation

• Say how many days Ganpati will stay: one and a half, three, five, seven or ten days. Practice varies by family.
• List the aarti times. Many guests plan their visits around them.
• If you have Gauri, Satyanarayan puja or a special aarti on one day, give it its own time and invite people separately for it.
• Give the visarjan start time and meeting point, and update guests if it changes.
• Mention parking, since housing societies get crowded during Ganeshotsav.
• Use the greeting your family uses, such as Ganpati Bappa Morya or Mangal Murti Morya.
